Wir suchen ab sofort eine/n Buchhalter/in (m/w/d) in Teilzeit / Vollzeit / Minijob.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

  • Überwachung der Zahlungseingänge
  • Buchen aller Zahlungsein-/ausgänge sowie ständige Überwachung der Bankkonten und aller Kassen
  • Controlling (z.B. Erstellen von betriebswirtschaftlichen Auswertungen)
  • Durchführung vorbereitender Jahresabschlussarbeiten/Unterstützung des Steuerberaters bei der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses
  • Neuanlagen/Änderungen von Konten und Kostenstellen

Wir erwarten/ wünschen:

  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung
  • Sichere Handhabung von Anwendungssoftware (Lexware/MS Office/Exel)
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Eigeninitiative, Selbstorganisation, Zuverlässigkeit und Ehrlichkeit
  • fachliche und sichere Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe
