Unser guter Ruf bei zahlreichen Wohnungseigentümergemeinschaften hat uns zu einem bedeutenden Unternehmen auf dem Dienstleistungssektor der Region wachsen lassen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams sind wir auf der Suche nach einem Buchhalter (m/w/d).

### Aufgaben:

Du kümmerst dich um die laufende Buchhaltung und erstellst Abrechnungen für Eigentümer und Mieter. Du unterstützt deine Kollegen/Kolleginnen bei der Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs. Du überwachst Zahlungseingänge von Eigentümern und Mietern und mahnst diese ggf. an.

### Dein Profil:

Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanzwesen/Buchhaltung. Ein Abschluss als Bilanzbuchhalter/in ist von Vorteil, jedoch nicht zwingend notwendig. Routinierter Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen sollte für dich kein Problem sein.
