Deine Aufgaben:

Der Aufgabenbereich umfasst die eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung der laufenden Buchhaltung, einschließlich des gesamten Zahlungsverkehrs sowie der Mitarbeit und Vorbereitung von Monatsabschlüssen.

Zu den weiteren Aufgaben gehören die Kontenklärung und Stammdatenpflege sowie die Prüfung von Gelangensnachweisen und die Bearbeitung des OSS-Verfahrens.

Für die Warenwirtschaft und Buchhaltung arbeiten wir mit PlentyONE (ehemals Plenty Markets) und Lexware Premium.

  • Arbeitszeit:
  • Wir suchen eine engagierte Person in Teilzeit mit einem wöchentlichen Arbeitsumfang von 20 bis 25 Stunden oder in Vollzeit mit 35 Stunden pro Woche. Verteilt auf 5 Arbeitstage pro Woche!

Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung

Sorgfältige, strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
