Für unser mittelständisches Unternehmen aus der Medizintechnik in 56130 Bad Ems suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine zuverlässige Unterstützung im Bereich

Buchhaltung und Büroorganisation.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verarbeitung und Prüfung von Belegen
  • Sortieren und Abheften von Unterlagen
  • Allgemeine kaufmännische und administrative Tätigkeiten
  • Idealerweise unterstützen Sie uns bei Bedarf auch bei der Reinigung der Büroräume – dies ist jedoch keine! Voraussetzung

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Gute Kenntnisse in DATEV Unternehmen online
  • Kaufmännische Erfahrung bzw. Kenntnisse im Bereich Buchhaltung
  • Eine sorgfältige, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
