...bist eine solide Küchenkraft (auch ohne Lehrabschlussprüfung) mit mehrjähriger (mind. 3 Jahre) Berufserfahrung

...arbeitest selbstständig und strukturiert

...arbeitest gerne in einem gut eingespielten, bunten Küchen- und Serviceteam

  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt - mindestens Level B1
  • Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Buffetaufbau & Betreuung (Frühstück, Mittag, Nachmittagsjause)
  • Vorbereitung, Zubereitung und Anrichten von Speisen in der kalten Küche
  • Einhaltung der vorgegebenen Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards (HACCP)
  • Kontrolle und Verantwortung für den ordnungsgemäßen Zustand von Arbeitsmitteln und Lebensmitteln
  • Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit der Küchenleitung und anderen Abteilungen

  • Nach Wunsch Saison- oder Jahresstelle
  • 5-Tage-Woche/ 45h bzw. Arbeitszeit nach Vereinbarung
