Job Description:

As a Burger King Team Member at Onvo, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing food, and maintaining a clean and efficient restaurant environment.

• Responsibilities:
• * Greeting customers with a friendly attitude and taking accurate food and drink orders.
• * Operating point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling cash and credit card transactions.
• * Preparing food items according to Burger King's recipes and quality standards, including grilling, frying, and assembling burgers and other menu items.
• * Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.
• * Maintaining cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior premises.
• * Restocking supplies and inventory as needed.
• * Working effectively as part of a team to achieve operational goals.
• * Handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
• * Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

• Qualifications:
• * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• * Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• * Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• * Prior experience in food service or customer service is a plus, but not required.
• * Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• * Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
