We are ooking for an experienced Business Analyst – AI who can transform complex business problems into measurable, implementation-ready AI use cases and work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

• •Strong Business Analysis & Requirements Engineering experience
• •Enterprise process discovery & workflow redesign
• •Strong stakeholder workshop facilitation skills
• •User stories, acceptance criteria, business rules & process flows
• •Agile / Azure DevOps / Jira backlog management
• •Data analysis & validation
• •UAT, business validation, user training & adoption
• •Ability to identify opportunities across Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, OCR/Document Intelligence & workflow automation
• •Practical understanding of LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, Vector Search, Tool/Function Calling & MCP
• •Understanding of enterprise systems such as ERP/CRM, databases, APIs, SharePoint and AI platforms
