Help us decide how to scale our games and where to invest to maximize growth!

We're looking for a Business Analyst - Growth & User Acquisition to help decide how Wildlife should grow its portfolio, scale its player base, and invest our marketing budget. You’ll be part of Product Marketing team at Wildlife Studios.

Our team is where the growth strategy for our games takes shape. We take our titles, put them in front of real players, and ask: how do we make this work at a massive scale? That means figuring out not just who wants to play, but how to find them and acquire them efficiently. You'll work across experimentation, modeling, product analytics, market and distribution strategy, and investment decisions. You'll need to understand the product, challenge assumptions, figure out what the data can actually tell us, and turn that into a clear recommendation: who should we target, how do we reach those players, and how much should we invest?

We work with games across their entire lifecycle, driving growth for titles played by millions. Throughout that journey, the work is the same: understand the product deeply, dig into the data, optimize performance, and figure out the best strategy to distribute and scale it.

If you like working in a dynamic place, digging into complex data to drive strategic investment decisions, and sitting close to the product to build true growth strategies rather than just executing downstream, this is the seat.

What you'll do

Analysis and experimentation: Analyze player and game performance across engagement, monetization, and cost of acquisition, turning data into a clear read and recommendation. Help design and evaluate tests, from concept tests to soft launches, and be clear about what the data can and cannot prove.

Distribution strategy: Help shape how a new game reaches players, including which markets, channels, audiences, and creative angles to test and at what cost. Analyze where investment should go across platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok, and understand what each platform is actually optimizing

Support kill, iterate, and scale decisions: Build the analysis and recommendations behind key product decisions, bringing a clear view of what the data tells us and what we should do next.

Modeling under uncertainty: Work with early LTV, payback, and market-size models where data is limited. Understand the assumptions behind them and use them to inform investment and growth decisions.

Launch strategy: For the games that graduate, help shape how they go global, including which markets open when, how fast to ramp, and how much to invest.

Problem prioritization: New games generate more questions than we can answer. Use judgment to identify the problems and analyses most likely to change a product or investment decision, and proactively drive them forward.

Cross-functional teamwork: Work alongside the game team, product, and creative across a title's whole life. Bring the market and player read into product discussions, including what players are responding to and what the numbers say the game still has to fix. Bring the product reality back into how the game gets positioned and distributed.

What you'll need

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Business, or equivalent practical experience.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills — you can explain a model to someone who will never read the code.

Working proficiency in SQL, plus Python or R.

Comfort with incomplete data and questions that arrive badly defined.

Nice to have

Familiarity with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other methodologies for evaluating performance.

Experience with large datasets, BI tooling, or building data pipelines.

Previous experience in user acquisition, performance marketing, growth, banking, or consulting.

Familiarity with the mobile gaming industry landscape.

More about you

Proactive and autonomous; you drive initiatives without waiting for instructions, while ensuring necessary visibility and buy-in from key stakeholders.

Thrives in high-demand environments and excels at prioritization.

An exceptional communicator who can influence others — including telling a stakeholder their idea won't work, with the data to support it.
