• We are seeking Korean-speaking Business Analysts at Junior, Mid-level, and Senior levels to join our growing team in Vietnam. The successful candidates will act as a bridge between Korean clients and delivery teams, facilitating effective communication, gathering business requirements, and ensuring successful project delivery.

This role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional and multicultural teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirement Management

• •Collaborate with Korean customers and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives, requirements, and expectations.
• •Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and functional requirements.
• •Prepare business requirement documents, functional specifications, user stories, workflows, process maps, and related project documentation.
• •Conduct requirement clarification sessions and support requirement validation activities.

Stakeholder Communication & Coordination

• •Serve as the primary liaison between Korean clients and project delivery teams.
• •Facilitate meetings, workshops, discussions, and requirement review sessions.
• •Provide interpretation and translation support when required.
• •Ensure clear communication and alignment among stakeholders throughout project execution.

Project Support & Delivery

• •Support project planning, estimation, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• •Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• •Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
• •Coordinate with project managers, developers, QA engineers, and business users to ensure successful delivery.

Process Improvement

• •Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and digital transformation.
• •Recommend solutions that improve operational efficiency and business performance.
• •Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and change management activities.

Requirements

Junior Business Analyst

• •1-3 years of experience in Business Analysis, IT Coordination, or related roles.
• •Able to support requirement gathering and documentation activities under guidance.
• •Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• •Strong communication and learning agility.

Mid-level Business Analyst

• •3-5 years of relevant Business Analysis experience.
• •Independently manage requirement elicitation and stakeholder communication.
• •Experience participating in end-to-end project delivery.
• •Ability to facilitate requirement workshops and solution discussions.

Senior Business Analyst

• •5+ years of Business Analysis experience in IT or digital transformation projects.
• •Lead requirement management activities across multiple stakeholders and projects.
• •Provide business consulting and process improvement recommendations.
• •Mentor junior team members and contribute to BA best practices and project governance.
• •Experience working directly with executive stakeholders is highly preferred.

Preferred Domain Experience

Candidates with experience in one or more of the following domains will be highly regarded:

Required Qualifications:

• •Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• •Korean language proficiency equivalent to TOPIK Level 5 or above.
• •Understanding of software development methodologies and project lifecycle.
• •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation capabilities.
• •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Korean and Vietnamese.
• •Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• •Experience working with Korean customers, partners, or multinational organizations.
• •Experience in offshore or global delivery projects.
• •Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
• •Business Analysis certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, PMI-PBA, or equivalent.
• •Experience with requirement management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
