## Was dich erwartet

  • Anforderungsanalyse – Du erfasst und strukturierst Geschäftsanforderungen in komplexen Enterprise-Umgebungen.
  • Prozessmodellierung – Du analysierst und dokumentierst Geschäftsprozesse, die in Bestandssystemen abgebildet sind.
  • Stakeholder-Management – Du moderierst zwischen Fachbereichen und IT-Teams.
  • Fachliche Spezifikation – Du erstellst Spezifikationen, die Entwicklungsteams als Grundlage für die Umsetzung nutzen.
  • Qualitätssicherung – Du überprüfst, ob umgesetzte Lösungen den fachlichen Anforderungen entsprechen.

## Was du mitbringst

  • Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL mit IT-Schwerpunkt oder einem vergleichbaren Fach
  • Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse in Enterprise-Umgebungen
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte klar und strukturiert zu kommunizieren
  • Erfahrung mit Anforderungsdokumentation (User Stories, Use Cases, Prozessmodelle)
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Branchenwissen in Finanzwesen, Versicherung oder Industrie ist ein Plus
