Ihre Aufgabe

Sie agieren als Product Owner für das Projekt- und Anforderungsmanagement, verantworten die Anforderungsentwicklung mit den internen Fachbereichen (Business Process Experten) für Anwendungslandschaften beispielsweise Einkauf/Finanzwesen, Vertrieb, HR, Field Operations, Customer Service etc.

  • Übernahme des Managements für die Einführung- oder Änderungsprojekte von Systemen der telent Business-Anwendungslandschaft
  • Fachlicher Ansprechpartner des Einkaufs für die Auswahl, Beschaffung und von Software, Lizenzen und Dienstleistungen im Bereich der telent Businessanwendungen
  • Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei der Initiierung und Durchführung von Vorhaben (RfCs) und Auswahl der Lösungsanbieter / Auswahlverfahren
  • Vorbereiten von Entscheidungen für Gremien zur Informationstechnologie- und Software Architektur
  • Go Live Management zur Übergabe der operativen Plattform- oder Systemverantwortung bei Neueinführungen innerhalb der IT
  • Strategische Releaseplanung und Roadmap für die telent Fachbereiche
  • Lifecycle- & Vendor Management
  • Unterstützung der Bereichsleitung ICT bei der Budgetplanung / -steuerung

Ihr Profil

  • IT Berufsausbildung und/oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt IT oder anderweitiger Nachweis IT-technischer Fachkenntnisse
  • IT Consulting Erfahrung, Methodenkompetenz
  • Erste Erfolge in vergleichbarer Rolle oder Projekten für Business Anwendungen
  • Praktische Erfahrung IT-Projektmanagement, „bevorzugt“ / idealerweise Ausbildung oder Zertifizierung IT-Projektleiter oder vergleichbar
  • Teamplayer mit hoher Kommunikationsfähigkeit, methodische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie steuern der abteilungsübergreifenden Aufgabenpakete
  • Möglichmacher & Motivator
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
