About your job

In this role, you help set the strategic direction of our comminution and mineral processing business. Acting as a link between technical expertise and commercial priorities, you turn market and customer insights into initiatives that strengthen our product and technology portfolio across the mining value chain.

Job responsibilities

• •Identify and assess new business opportunities in comminution and mineral processing.
• •Develop business cases, technology roadmaps, and growth strategies.
• •Support product development and commercialization initiatives.
• •Work closely with customers, engineering teams, operations, and senior stakeholders.
• •Provide technical and commercial guidance on future technology investments and partnerships.
• •Monitor industry developments and contribute to long-term strategic planning.

Location and flexibility

The preferred location is Svedala, although a flexible location can be discussed. International travel is a natural part of your job.

Your profile

You’re an experienced industry professional who understands both the technical and commercial dimensions of comminution and mineral processing. You’re motivated by turning complex challenges into sustainable business value.

Your background includes

• •A degree in mechanical, process, or mineral engineering.
• •Extensive experience in comminution, crushing, grinding, or mineral processing technologies.
• •Strong technical expertise combined with business and commercial acumen.
• •Experience in product development, project execution, customer support, and strategic growth initiatives.
• •The ability to translate technical insights into clear commercial priorities.

You approach your work strategically and connect your activities to broader business objectives. With strong communication skills, you build trusted relationships across functions and with customers. Your curiosity, integrity, and solution-oriented mindset help you navigate complexity and identify ways to improve technologies, processes, and customer value.
