● This is a full-cycle sales position with real autonomy. You'll be given the freedom to run your territory your way - trusted to make smart decisions, empowered to execute, and fully supported every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Sales: Own the entire process from outreach to contract execution within the SNF and Long-Term Care sectors.
Territory Development: Identify high-value targets and build your market expansion strategy.
Clinical Value Selling: Articulate the ROI of our physician-led wound care model to C-Suite and administrators.
Relationship Management: Build deep, lasting partnerships with SNF owners and regional directors.
Team Collaboration: Share field intelligence, surface needs, and contribute to a strategy that lifts everyone.
What We're Looking for
- ● 2–10 years of documented sales success closing contracts in long-term care, skilled
- nursing, or wound care
- ● Deep SNF fluency - you know how these facilities operate and how decisions get made
- ● A team-first mindset with the drive to perform independently
- ● Unwavering integrity - your word is your brand
- ● Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- ● Comfort with a road warrior schedule (4–5 days travel per week)
- ● Bachelor’s Degree required
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $100,000 – $120,000
