About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Business Managers to drive book sales in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, market understanding, and a passion for educational and reading materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in book sales.
• •Identify and onboard new institutionaland distributor clients.
• •Maintain strong relationships with schools and distributors.
• •Conduct product presentations, demos, and promotional events.
• •Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• •Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, logistics, and customer service.
• •Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

Requirements:

• •Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• •3–6 years of experience in sales (books, publishing, or education sector preferred).
• •Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• •Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• •Ability to work independently and travel within the city/region as needed
