Business Manager - Product & Commercial

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Manager - Product & Commercial based in Germany.

• This role owns the product and commercial direction of a high-volume messaging and verification ecosystem across multiple international markets.
• You will shape the strategy for SMS, RCS, WhatsApp Business, voice, and verification, balancing reliability, customer experience, speed, and cost.
• Working at the intersection of Product, Engineering, partnerships, and operations, you will turn messaging infrastructure into a measurable business advantage.
• You will manage strategic technology and communications partners while driving negotiations, performance, and supplier accountability.
• A major focus will be improving deliverability, reducing costs, and strengthening routing and failover capabilities for critical customer journeys.
• You will also bring commercial discipline to messaging economics, using data to guide decisions and influence senior stakeholders.
