Title: Business Office Manager

Job Duties: The Business Office Manager is responsible for coordinating overall office management and business operations at the facility. This position oversees and is responsible for accounts payable and receivable, resident monies (including trust accounts), petty cash, and payroll, in addition to the supervision of a receptionist and/or office assistant. The Business Office Manager serves as executive secretary to the administrator while being a liaison in coordinating with other departments. The Business Office Manager assists the administrator in implementing all business operations according to policies and procedures and maintaining required hospital standards. This position requires the ability and desire to work with a diverse group of individuals in a respectful and professional manner.

Qualifications:

Proficiency is acquired through completion of an A.A. or B.A. degree in Business, or equivalent education and experience is preferred.

Minimum two years of experience in a hospital or health-related clinic as a secretary or manager is preferred.

Knowledge of medical terminology and experience in mental health are desirable.

About the Campus: Crestwood Fallbrook Healing Center is a Mental Health Rehabilitation Center (MHRC) located in Northern San Diego County, in the beautiful city of Fallbrook, the “Avocado Capital of the World.” We accomplish successful reintegration through various modalities including classes, therapy, community service, and peer mentorship.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.

Pay Range:

$30 — $40 USD
