Business Services Leader/Hybrid

• Overview
• The Business Service Leader (BSL) will serve as the primary revenue cycle performance contact for Clinic and/or Facility Operations Leadership as well as physician and/or facility department managers. BSLs have accountability for providing communication with physician office managers, facility department managers, and Virtual Business Office (VBO) operations, as appropriate; to assure effective revenue cycle results for the community they serve.

Position Details:

• Qualifications
• Education: High School diploma

Experience: A minimum of 5 years related hospital or practice management experience

Other:

Excellent organizational and analytical skills Interpersonal skills necessary to build positive relationships with practices and departments, revenue leaders, and within Mercy Revenue Management

Ability to work independently to accomplish job responsibilities

High personal integrity and work ethic Ability to travel within their community regularly

Ability to travel periodically across the Health System

Knowledge of Epic applications

Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
