We are searching for the best talent for a Business Support Specialist for our International region.

Purpose:

The Business Support Specialist will act as the first point of contact for people leaders who need assistance navigating J&J’s self-service processes and systems to manage their teams. In addition, this role provides general administrative support to the business.

You will be responsible for supporting, as needed :

• •Open new requisitions and support Talent Acquisition if required in ad hoc projects
• •Support onboarding activities and deliver new hire orientation
• •Process promotions, salary changes, reporting changes, terminations or other employee changes on behalf of the manager
• •Act as the key point of contact for time and attendance related topics for employees
• •Assign role or team specific training, or remove incorrectly assigned training
• •Collaborate with Recruiters, BUHR, and Managers, to provide an excellent employee experience and encourage positive company morale
• •Escalate issues with manager tasks to the appropriate internal resource and ensure resolution
• •Proactively identify gaps in existing processes and take initiative to implement agreed changes
• •Enable compliance and participate with audits
• •Work on projects where independent action and initiative are required in resolving problems and developing recommendations
