We are currently in search of a Butler and a true bon vivant—a person who loves, more than anything, coordinating logistics of each guest’s stay including spa services, dinner reservations, transportation and exploration of the property. Someone who is a master of timing and communication, ensuring that each guest’s needs are anticipated and met in a way that is fluid, seamless and seemingly effortless. Someone who will begin servicing the guest prior to their arrival up until the time they depart from the hotel.

• About you...
• Passionate about guest service and a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
• A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• Experience in concierge operations, a team player, hard worker, and detail oriented.
• Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
