Your role

• •Managing O2C cases: billing corrections, unapplied cash, short‑pays, disputes, high‑risk overdue items;
• •Performing detailed account reconciliations and ensuring accuracy of customer financial data;
• •Analyzing recurring issues and recommending corrective or preventive actions;
• •Collaborating with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and Logistics to resolve cross‑functional issues;
• •Maintaining and updating SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.

Your profile

• •Minimum 1 year of O2C experience, covering billing, collections, cash application, and account reconciliation;
• •Minimum educational qualification: Baccalaureate diploma;
• •Solid understanding of accounting principles and internal controls;
• •English and Spanish - minimum B2 level;
• •Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred), reporting tools and Excel.
