Cafe Attendant (Coffee Shop / Food Service) – Part-Time

Join the team at Lake Lawn Resort as a Cafe Attendant at the Isle of Capri Café. In this role, you’ll prepare coffee drinks, food items, and provide friendly, fast service to guests looking for a quick bite or beverage on the go.

Position Details

What You’ll Do

• •Greet guests, answer menu questions, and provide recommendations
• •Take and process food and beverage orders (cash and card)
• •Prepare coffee drinks (including lattes), cold beverages, sandwiches, and pizzas
• •Serve orders quickly and accurately
• •Maintain inventory levels of café supplies and bakery items
• •Clean and sanitize counters, tables, and café areas
• •Stock and organize kitchen and service areas
• •Balance register and complete end-of-shift cash handling
• •Assist with daily supply orders and restocking

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• •Previous café, barista, food service, or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• •Comfortable handling cash and working in a fast-paced environment
• •Strong communication and guest service skills
• •Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• •Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods

Physical Requirements

• •Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• •Frequent use of hands for food prep and beverage service
• •Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
