Deine Aufgaben
telefonische und schriftliche Beratung von Kunden zu ihren Verträgen, Tarifen und Rechnungen
Erfassung und Anpassung von abrechnungsrelevanten Kundendaten (Bankdaten, etc.)
Beratung zu Zusatzleistungen und Optimierungen
Dein Profil
ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
Flexibilität zum Einsatz im Schichtdienst
gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
guter Umgang mit dem PC und MS-Office-Programmen
Kommunikationsstärke und ein gutes Ausdrucksvermögen
Teamfähigkeit und Eigenmotivation
gesundes Maß an Vertriebsaffinität
idealerweise Erfahrung in Kundenbetreuung und Service, nicht zwangsweise, Quereinsteiger willkommen
Interesse an Themen wie Mobilfunkverträgen, Festnetzanschluss oder Internet
