## Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Erstellung und Optimierung von CAM-Programmen für die Fertigung von Frästeilen
  • Auswahl geeigneter Fertigungsverfahren und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Technologien
  • Entwicklung und Optimierung von Vorrichtungen sowie Ausarbeitung von Fertigungsprozessen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit der Konstruktion zur Optimierung von Bauteilen
  • Standardisierung interner Prozesse im Bereich Programmierung, Werkzeuge und Arbeitsabläufe
  • Optimierung von CNC-Fräsprozessen hinsichtlich Qualität und Effizienz

## Ihr Profil:

  • ✔️ Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker , CNC-Fräser oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • ✔️ Fundierte Kenntnisse in der CAM- und CNC-Programmierung
  • ✔️ Idealerweise Erfahrung mit SolidCAM und Siemens SINUMERIK oder vergleichbaren Systemen
  • ✔️ Berufserfahrung im CNC-Fräsbereich
  • ✔️ Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • ✔️ Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, Eigeninitiative und Organisationsgeschick
  • ✔️ Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
