Ihr Profil:

  • Deutschkenntnisse auf dem Niveau C1
  • analytisches Denken, Teamfähigkeit und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • innovatives Denken und Arbeiten
  • Erfahrung im Bereich CNC-Fertigung/Frästechnologie
  • fundierte Kenntnisse in der CAM-Programmierung mit WorkNC
  • gute Kenntnisse in CATIA V5 (Modellierung, Baugruppen, Zeichnung)
  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als CNC-Fräser (m/w/d), Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d), Konstrukteur (m/w/d) oder ähnliche Qualifikation

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Dokumentation von Programmänderungen und Pflege von Datenbanken
  • kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Bearbeitungsprogramme und Prozessabläufe
  • Sicherstellung der Betriebsbereitschaft innerhalb der NC-Bearbeitung
  • technische Abstimmung mit Konstruktion, Fertigung und Qualitätssicherung
  • Erstellung von CNC-Programmen für CNC-Fräsmaschinen mit 3-Achs- und 5-Achs-Bearbeitung
  • Konstruktion und Bearbeitung von 3-D-Modellen in CATIA V5
  • Erstellung und Optimierung von CNC-Programmen mittels WorkNC
