Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Erstellen und Optimieren von CNC-Programmen mit CAM-Software für die Fertigung von komplexen Bauteilen und Baugruppen im Maschinenbau.
  • Programmierung von 3- bis 5-Achs-Fräsmaschinen sowie Drehmaschinen zur Herstellung von Präzisionsteilen.
  • Simulation und Analyse der erstellten Programme, um eine fehlerfreie und effiziente Produktion sicherzustellen.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Arbeitsvorbereitung und der Produktion, um Machbarkeiten zu prüfen und Bearbeitungsstrategien zu entwickeln.
  • Durchführung von Programmtests und Anpassungen an den Maschinen, um die Fertigungsprozesse zu optimieren.
  • Analyse und Optimierung bestehender CAM-Programme zur Reduktion von Bearbeitungszeiten und Verbesserung der Qualität.
  • Auswahl der passenden Werkzeuge und Bearbeitungsstrategien zur Erreichung optimaler Ergebnisse.
  • Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Maschinen und Technologien in der Fertigung.
  • Dokumentation der erstellten Programme und Prozesse sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Programmierstandards.
  • Fehleranalyse und Lösung von Problemen im Produktionsprozess in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team.
