## CAM-Programmierer (m/w/d)

Für unseren Kunden in 89195 Staig suchen wir ab sofort einen qualifizierten CAM-Programmierer (m/w/d) für die Erstellung und Optimierung von CNC-Bearbeitungsprogrammen.

### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Erstellung und Optimierung von CAM-Programmen für CNC-Maschinen
  • Programmierung von Fräs- und/oder Drehbearbeitungen
  • Auswahl geeigneter Werkzeuge und Bearbeitungsstrategien
  • Festlegung von Schnittdaten und Bearbeitungsparametern
  • Umsetzung technischer Zeichnungen und 3D-Modelle in CNC-Programme
  • Simulation und Prüfung der erstellten Programme
  • Optimierung bestehender Fertigungsprozesse und Bearbeitungszeiten
  • Unterstützung bei der Einrichtung und Inbetriebnahme neuer Programme
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Fertigung, Konstruktion und Arbeitsvorbereitung
  • Dokumentation der Programme und Fertigungsabläufe

### Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Zerspanung, Metalltechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der CAM- bzw. CNC-Programmierung
  • Kenntnisse in der spanenden Fertigung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und 3D-Modellen
  • Gutes technisches und räumliches Verständnis
  • Erfahrung mit gängigen CAM-Systemen von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, präzise und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
