Promoting the best in home grown talent, and working with a host of internationally renowned artists, MCD also promotes annual music festivals such as Longitude and Vital among others.

The Vision

We’re looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Campaign Strategy & Analytics Executive (fixed term contract of c. 15 months’ duration) to join our team in spearheading innovative campaigns that connect audiences with artists across music, theatre, comedy, family attractions, and exhibitions.

This pivotal role involves creation, development and leading social media and PR strategies to maximise exposure, drive ticket sales, and deliver memorable experiences.

You will work closely with artists, agents, and platforms to ensure our events are promoted to receive optimal exposure across digital platforms, while also engaging with broadcast and print media to secure targeted coverage for relevant events. A blend of social media management, communications experience, and content creation will be essential to thrive in this fast-paced, results-driven environment.

You will be surrounded and supported by creative and innovative colleagues, all operating within a dynamic environment. Where ‘there is a will there is way’ attitude is essential!

Core Responsibilities

Video Content Editing & Asset Creation: Edit footage using Adobe Premiere Pro / Adobe After Effects, and design static assets in Adobe Photoshop – producing polished, high-quality final video assets that meet and exceed industry standards for events in Ireland’s theatres, arenas, stadiums and outdoor venues.

Campaign Enhancement & Digital Strategy: Create and execute innovative digital strategies designed to accelerate social media growth, elevate audience engagement, and boost ticket sales.

Paid Social Asset Management & Partner Access: Manage advertiser access/partner permissions, custom video assets, and compelling ad copy for targeted paid social and meta advertising campaigns.

Campaign Monitoring & Optimisation : Review active campaigns on a daily and weekly basis to ensure precise audience targeting, placement accuracy, and cost effectiveness/budget compliance

Creative Recommendations, Solutions & Data Strategy: Proactively offer/provide creative recommendations and data-backed solutions based on ongoing campaign performance, to continuously improve results and outcomes. Track, measure, analyse and report ROI and campaign KPIs for internal use.

Skill & Knowledge Requirements

Technical & Creative Software: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud—specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and InDesign—with the proven ability to edit raw video, build motion graphics, and design high-quality, polished visual assets suitable for professional promotional campaigns.

Paid Social & Ad Account Management: Proven expertise in reviewing, optimising, and managing paid social campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and YouTube. Managing advertiser access permissions, dark or unpublished post strategies, custom audience targeting, and opt-in retargeting funnels.

Social Media & Content Strategy: Proficiency in managing public-facing social media channels and developing high-engagement content strategies, driven by a strong commitment to staying up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and best practices.

Analytical & Data Skills: Strong ability to track and measure campaign KPIs, calculate precise ROI, evaluate complex performance metrics, and translate technical data into clear reports and actionable strategic insights.

Creative Strategy & Copywriting: Skilled in crafting compelling, high-converting ad copy for promotional assets, paired with a proven track record in developing growth-focused digital marketing strategies.

Industry Knowledge: Understanding and interest in the live entertainment landscape. Prior experience working alongside artists, agents, and record labels would be an advantage.

Organisational & Project Management: Exceptional project and time management abilities, maintaining meticulous attention to detail to ensure show announcements, ad deployments, and asset cross-checks are executed accurately and on schedule. Experienced in preparing, packaging, and transferring source and working files across departments, maintaining immaculate file structures, naming conventions, and asset organisation.

Work Ethic & Qualifications : A resilient, solution-driven mindset with a proactive "where there's a will, there's a way" attitude, fully equipped to excel in a fast-paced environment operating to tight deadlines. Degree qualified and a qualification in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is advantageous.
