Job Description:

Σκοπός του ρόλου του μηχανικού είναι η μεγιστοποίηση της παραγωγής, η εξασφάλιση καλής ποιότητας προϊόντος ,διατηρώντας παράλληλα τα μηχανήματα σε καλή και ασφαλή κατάσταση λειτουργίας.

Πρόγραμμα εργασίας:

Το πρόγραμμα εργασίας είναι σε βάρδιες.

Τα κύρια καθήκοντα του ρόλου περιλαμβάνουν:

  • Διασφάλιση της αποδοτικής λειτουργίας των μηχανημάτων παραγωγής
  • Συμμετοχή στην διαδικασία παραμετροποίησης των μηχανών σύμφωνα με το πρόγραμμα παραγωγής
  • Ποιοτικός έλεγχος των προϊόντων που παράχθηκαν και καταγραφή αποτελεσμάτων
  • Ρύθμιση μηχανών ώστε το παραγόμενο προϊόν να συμφωνεί με τα πρότυπα ποιότητας
  • Έλεγχος εισερχομένων πρώτων υλών για ελαττώματα
  • Πραγματοποίηση πρωτοβάθμιας συντήρησης μηχανών και βοηθητικού εξοπλισμού
  • Διασφάλιση των προτύπων καθαριότητας με τον τακτικό καθαρισμό των μηχανημάτων και του χώρου παραγωγής.
  • Εξασφάλιση της εργασιακής ασφάλειας μέσω της διενέργειας τακτικών ελέγχων των μηχανημάτων

Απαιτούμενη εμπειρία, δεξιότητες και ικανότητες:

  • Εμπειρία στη χρήση-ρύθμιση μηχανημάτων παραγωγής και εξοπλισμού μέτρησης
  • Τήρηση των Κανόνων Υγείας και Ασφάλειας
  • Ικανότητα συνεργασίας στο πλαίσιο μιας ομάδας σε διάφορα οργανωτικά επίπεδα
  • Ευελιξία και ικανότητα οργάνωσης του χρόνου
