Team Overview
- The Back Office Operations team supports customers and consumers using TransUnion services for screening, account membership, and credentialing. The team performs identity verification reviews, recommendation transactions, credentialing research, and operational support while maintaining compliance, quality, and customer satisfaction.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
- Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
Respond to support emails and operational requests within established service levels.
Review identity verification documents and ensure accurate validation of customer and consumer information.
Complete criminal and eviction recommendation transactions according to documented procedures.
Research, process, and complete credentialing activities and consumer disclosure requests.
Enter and maintain data accurately within the TransUnion Billing System Online Portal.
Verify data accuracy by comparing source information in Salesforce and other systems.
Communicate issues, discrepancies, and workflow concerns effectively with Sales and other business partners.
Prioritize workload and manage multiple queues in a fast-paced operational environment.
Partner with Quality Assurance and Team Leads to improve performance through feedback and coaching.
Maintain strong knowledge of TransUnion products, services, tools, and business processes.
Required Knowledge And Experiences
Required Knowledge and Experience
Understanding of operations, customer service, customer support, or a related role.
Understanding of data verification, account maintenance, and operational workflow processes.
Experience handling sensitive customer information with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for customer and internal stakeholder interactions.
Demonstrated attention to detail, time management, and ability to adapt to changing priorities. Required Technical Skills
Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Salesforce for reviewing and validating customer information.
Ability to navigate multiple systems and databases while maintaining data accuracy. Preferred Skills
Experience in credentialing, identity verification, or background screening operations.
Knowledge of quality assurance processes and continuous improvement practices.
Experience working in high-volume transaction processing environments. • Ability to analyze and resolve customer or consumer issues independently.
