- is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented candidate for our Capacity Representative role that enjoys communicating with others and can handle a multi-tasking, fast paced environment. The Capacity Representative is an innovative, entrepreneurial minded individual that helps establish best practices and growth for themselves and for AMX!
Pay: Earn commission from the start. COMPETITIVE BASE PAY + Uncapped MONTHLY COMMISSIONS! First year earnings $70-75K with opportunity to earn $90K+.
Duties & Responsibilities
Sell our business model and help recruit ideal carriers that meet our partnership terms.
Provide high level of customer service to partner carriers.
Support our brokerage team by matching available trucks to available customer freight.
Track and trace carrier performance to ensure real time tracking.
Build and maintain relationships with carriers to improve service and maximize profits.
Manage your own group of carriers through carrier sales and negotiation.
Analyze our freight network to identify capacity needs and source capacity options.
Skills/Qualifications
College degree and/or industry experience strongly preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must!
Ability to multitask effective and meet deadlines
Entrepreneurial spirit: self-starter that enjoys the thrill of victory!
Must be a strong individual performer who also works well in a team environment
Capable of maintaining focus in a fast-paced environment.
