JOB SUMMARY: Assist Car Wash Manager in car wash operations including training, light wash maintenance, customer service, bay cleaning and service maintenance relations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• •Guiding vehicles onto the conveyor or into the wash
• •Spraying (prepping) vehicles for the automatic wash
• •Create loyal customers
• •Provide customers with courteous, enthusiastic service
• •Assist customers with wash questions, and or concerns
• •Responsible for keeping the bay clean

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• •Customer service-oriented/excellent customer service skills
• •Communicate effectively with customers, management associates, and maintenance personnel
• •Ability to walk and stand on feet for long periods of time (up to 10 hours per day)

• •Reach over your head frequently and comfortably
• •Lift, carry, pull, or push up to 60 pounds
• •Bend, kneel, squat or stand
• •Work in a heated and/or cold environment
• •Climb an extension ladder

EDUCATION/TRAINING REQUIRED:

High School or equivalent
