What You’ll Do

• •Process credit card payment exceptions and review activity reports
• •Research and resolve card-related issues and payment exceptions
• •Assist members and staff with card service inquiries
• •Monitor and respond to fraud, lost/stolen cards, and account abuse
• •Process balance transfers, returns, check requests, and account closures
• •Maintain accurate records and protect confidential information
• •Support department operations and ensure policy compliance

Is This You?

• •High School Diploma or equivalent
• •Financial services industry experience
• •Strong computer and application skills
• •Strong oral and written communication skills
• •Ability to successfully organize, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities
• •Team player with a positive attitude and flexibility
• •Professionalism in conduct, communication, and appearance
• •Ability to be bonded
• •Preferred But Not Required: College degree, service/sales experience, and previous experience in a similar or related role.
