• •Schedule and coordinate patient appointments with various healthcare providers, ensuring timely access to services.
• •Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans, while adhering to confidentiality protocols.
• •Collaborate with medical and dental offices to streamline patient care and facilitate referrals as needed.
• •Assist in managing administrative tasks such as insurance verification, billing inquiries, and follow-up communications.
• •Educate clients about their treatment options and available resources to enhance their understanding of care plans.
• •Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in a medical or dental office setting.

Qualifications

• •Previous experience in a medical is preferred.
• •Familiarity with medical terminology is highly desirable.
• •Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• •Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with patients and healthcare professionals.
• •Proficiency in office software applications for documentation and scheduling purposes.
• •A background in medical administrative support is a plus but not required.
