The Opportunity

Our Customer Service Representative role is critical to delivering strong business performance, an exceptional customer experience, and a high-performing team environment. You will contribute to sales, operations, and team success while ensuring the site operates efficiently, safely, and consistently.

What You’ll Do

• •Support daily operations, customer experience, and site performance
• •Drive sales performance and promote Unlimited Wash Club memberships
• •Maintain site standards including cleanliness, safety, and efficiency
• •Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations
• •Resolve customer concerns and support retention
• •Follow company policies, procedures, and operational standards
