Summary of Duties and Responsibilities :

• •Analyzing cash optimization processes and methodologies, reporting back on findings
• •Consolidate multiple data sources and analyzing patterns, trends, anomalies and root causes
• •Report on the performance of CIT vendors to ensure delivery in line with contractual obligations and performance metrics
• •Manage outward communication to CIT vendors to facilitate understanding and awareness of organizational strategic direction, changes and challenges
• •Monitor and report any important changes in cash demand that impacts Operational budgets
• •Daily Bailment account monitoring, reconciliation and limit calculation
• •Maintaining of SLA breach registers, assisting with monthly SLA claims

• •Monthly Bailment reconciliation
• •Any other tasks as assigned by Management to ensure the effective operation of the department

• o Accuracy in reconciling figures

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• Qualifications
• •Bachelor/Diploma in Business/Finance preferred but not essential Experience • Intermediate MS Excel skills
• •Online Banking Facilities
• •D ata analytics & Dashboards
• •Financial / Reconciliation or similar background is desired Skills
• •Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• •Good verbal and written communication skills
• •Requires no or little guidance and supervision from management
