Duties and Responsibilities

• •Greet the customers with “ Bienvenido’s” and a smile
• •Entering food orders using cash register POS System
• •Handling Cash and credit transactions.
• •Count money in the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each work shift, Accept cash and return the correct change.
• •Maintain a well-stocked salsa bar, drink cup lids, and napkins before and after shift, Clean dining room, and cashier station
• •Maintain Beverage Fridges stocked and clean
• •Upsell products Sides, Drinks, Aguas Frescas, etc.
• •Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and follow all food safety and Health & safety guidelines
• •Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
• •Take pride in serving guests and providing exceptional customer service
• •Completes other duties as assigned by the MOD( Manager on Duty)

Requirements

• •Work experience as a retail cashier or in a similar role in sales
• •High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• •Proven experience in a customer service role is an advantage.
• •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• •Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• •Good math skills
• •Basic PC knowledge
• •Ability to handle cash and credit transactions
• •Ability to stand for long periods
• •Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• •Uphold the company’s mission, vision, and values
• •Ability to multitask and prioritize task

Hourly rate = $18/hr. + tips
