Job Description:

• •Hours: Monday-Friday and weekends 6 am-2:30 pm,10:30 am-7 pm,7:30-4 pm, 9 am-5:30 pm *MUST BE FLEXIBLE
• •Process customer transactions swiftly and accurately using the cash register and point-of-sale systems.
• •Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked checkout area in compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• •Support daily café and kitchen operations by assisting with restocking supplies, food preparation, patient meal production, dishwashing, meal delivery, and other tasks as assigned to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• •Other duties as assigned.
• •Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and resolving concerns professionally.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• •General knowledge of modified diets and ability to read and follow a diet spreadsheet.
• •Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• •Ability to write simple correspondence.
• •Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other associates.
• •Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• •Possess necessary skills to effectively operate a cash register or cash-handling computer system.
• •Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uncomplicated written or oral instructions.
• •Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• •Excellent customer service skills.
• •Knowledge of sanitation and safety regulations.
• •Strong organizational skills.
• •Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Education:

High School Grad or Equiv [Preferred]

Work Experience:

• •2+ of experience in healthcare setting [Preferred]
• •Previous experience in cashiering [Preferred]

Licenses and Certifications:

Food Handler Certificate (FHC) [Preferred]

Pay Range:

• $15.45 - $24.73
• Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
