The Role

We’re currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable team members to join back-of-house teams across our premium venues

As a Chef, you’ll create joyful moments through genuine care and connection, guided by Crown’s Service Excellence — Be Courteous, Connect, Create , and Care.

In these roles, you’ll contribute to the smooth operation of our kitchens and support the delivery of high-quality dining experiences.

Your responsibilities may include:

• •Assisting with daily kitchen operations including food preparation and service
• •Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
• •Following HACCP and food safety protocols
• •Working collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment

You’ll bring:

• •Previous experience in a high-volume or premium commercial kitchen
• •A strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• •Availability to work part-time across a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
• •Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent (required)
