We're currently seeking an experienced Casual Veterinary Nurse to join our team and support us through our busy periods, including the upcoming Christmas season.

About the Role

• This is a varied nursing position that will see you rotating between reception and clinical duties, working as a valued member of our veterinary team.
• You'll be involved in all aspects of patient care and client support, helping our clinic deliver an exceptional experience for pets and their people.

What We're Looking For

Ideally, you'll have:

A Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing

A minimum of 2 years' veterinary nursing experience

Confidence and competence in:

Running in-house blood tests

Performing radiography (X-rays)

Monitoring anaesthesia

Conducting nurse consultations

Strong communication and customer service skills

The ability to work effectively across both reception and back-of-house duties

A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a great sense of humour

Availability

We're ideally looking for someone who is available:

Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays (or a minimum of two full days per week)

Additional availability during the busy Christmas period

Saturday availability is highly regarded, but not essential
