Location: Taneytown, MD Job Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time Pay: Starting at $26.00/hour, with higher pay available depending on experience Schedule: 40 hours guaranteed; average 60+ hours/week with overtime Benefits: Full-time benefits Travel: Regional and out-of-area emergency assignments

Position Overview

Seeking a CDL-A Equipment Operator for a hands-on railroad field position involving derailment response, track work, equipment operation, and material handling. Driving is only part of the job—you’ll also operate construction equipment and assist with physical field work.

This is an on-call position with 24/7 emergency response , including weekends and holidays.
