We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to become a valued member of our growing team.

What You'll Do

• •0.5 FTE. 40 hours bi-weekly
• •10-hour shifts with every other Saturday and every other holiday scheduled
• •Flexible, unit-specific scheduling—no fixed or permanent schedules
• •Clinic Location: Onalaska

What You'll Need

• •High school diploma or equivalent
• •Minimum of 6 months patient care experience
• •Current BLS CPR certification
• •LPN role: LPN licensure to practice in the State of Wisconsin
• •Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) certification required

What You'll Get

• •Starting pay at $19.05 per hour for Certified Hemodialysis Technicians and $24.09 per hour for LPNs, with additional compensation for experience
• •Shift differentials: $1.00 for PM shifts, $2.00 for night shifts, and $1.50 for weekends
