Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) | Medication Pass Experience Required

What You'll Do

• •Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
• •Safely and accurately administer medications according to established protocols
• •Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team
• •Assist with mobility, transfers, and restorative care
• •Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record
• •Support residents, families, and team members with professionalism and compassion

Required Qualifications

• •Current State of Michigan Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• •Minimum one year of CNA experience in a long-term care, skilled nursing, or senior living setting
• •Previous medication pass experience REQUIRED
• •Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
• •Ability and willingness to travel to Trinity Health Senior Communities locations throughout Southeast Michigan
