Description

  • Duties:
  • - Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
  • - Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • - Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
  • - Assist with sterile processing and maintaining a clean and safe environment
  • - Provide support to patients with special needs, including those with behavioral health conditions

Pay & Benefits

Starting base pay: $20.00 per hour

Additional pay premiums:

  • Full-Time Status Premium: +$3.00/hour
  • Part-Time Status Premium: +$2.00/hour
  • Shift Differential: +$4.00/hour for the 2-10p, 3-11p and 11-7am shifts

Potential Earnings:

  • Full-Time employees on eligible shifts: $27.00/hour ($20.00+ $3.00 + $4.00)
  • Part-Time employees on eligible shifts: $26.00/hour ($20.00+ $2.00 + $4.00)

Requirements

  • - Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant
  • - Knowledge of sterile processing techniques and infection control protocols
  • - Familiarity with medical record systems such as Point Click Care
  • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • - Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • - Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
