Position Details

• •Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Live-In, Weekends
• •Pay Rate: $18.65 - $21.00 per hour
• •Schedules Available: Days, Nights, Weekends

Responsibilities/Duties:

• •Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• •Support activities of daily living (ADLs) as outlined in the care plan
• •Provide medication reminders
• •Assist with ambulation and mobility (inside and outside the home)
• •Accompany clients to appointments or on walks
• •Prepare meals
• •Perform light housekeeping
• •Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities

Qualifications

• •NY State Home Health Aide or Personal Care Aide certification required
• •Passion for caring for adult, elderly, or pediatric clients
• •Strong communication skills
• •English proficiency
• •Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
• •Physical, QuantiFERON or 2 PPDs within one year and MMR titers
