Role Overview:

Collaborate with other members of the peri-operative healthcare team

Deliver comprehensive care to surgical patients across the lifespan

Ensure the delivery of outstanding care and cultivate an environment that centers on the needs of patients and their families

Key Qualifications:

Current New York State (NYS) RN license/registration

Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia training program and certification

CRNA experience preferred

Core Skills:

Must possess a strong foundation in anesthesia principles, pharmacology, and patient assessment to provide safe and effective anesthesia care.

Critical Thinking and Decision-Making: be adept at assessing complex situations, analyzing data, and making quick, informed decisions to ensure patient safety during anesthesia administration.

Effective communication skills are crucial to collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other healthcare team members to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.

Work in fast-paced and unpredictable environments, requiring them to be adaptable and flexible in responding to changing patient needs, emergencies, and evolving clinical situations.

Hours: Various shifts available, weekend rotation may be required

* Starting salary: $289,200

This position is eligible for a sign on bonus up to $17,500 for experienced candidates; for recent graduates is $12,500.
