L'agence de Lyon située à Lyon 7ème recherche un(e) chargé d'état des lieux en gestion locative (H/F) en CDI à temps plein.

Vous êtes à l'aise avec le public et les outils informatiques. Vous êtes rattaché(e) à un responsable d'équipe sectorisée et faites parti d'un secteur.

Vous formez un binôme avec un(e) chargé(e) de clientèle qui a en charge la relocation des logements.

Les missions se décomposent en deux parties :

- Une partie terrain, vos missions seront de :

  • - Réaliser les états des lieux des logements à l'entrée et à la sortie
  • - Etablir les diagnostics des besoins de travaux dans les logements auprès de nos entreprises partenaires et commander les travaux pour remise en l'état
  • - Suivre les travaux de remise en état des logements et s'assurer qu'ils soient conformes à notre standard de relocation pour qu'ils soient prêts à être loués.

- Et une deuxième partie avec pour missions de:

  • - Prendre en charge une journée par semaine l'accueil physique du public en agence
  • - Assurer le suivi journalier des réclamations (locataire, agent de résidence)
  • - Organiser et contrôler les travaux réalisés.
