How You Will Make Contributions That Matter

• •Prepare all bulk cheese for bagging .
• •Bag all cheese, smoke cheese as called for on a daily production plan.
• •Work in Brine area as assigned
• •Ensure correct vat is being released.
• •Responsible for ensuring brine paperwork is filled out accurately.
• •Pack cheese into boxes and bulk totes.
• •Make boxes.
• •Load cheese into packaging machine.
• •Check packages for correct code dates and labels.
• •Palletize all products.
• •Clean and sanitize all equipment and rooms.
• •Learn operation of the robots, make adjustments as needed.
• •Setup case erector and top sealer for boxes.
