At Crown Sydney, our culinary teams create memorable dining experiences across a diverse collection of restaurants and bars. From the vibrant energy of Epicurean, our premium all-inclusive dining experience, to our signature dining venues, we are seeking talented Chef de Partie professionals to join our growing kitchens.

• The Role
• Reporting to the Sous Chef and senior kitchen leadership team, you will:

• •Lead and support a team within your designated kitchen section.
• •Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes with consistency and attention to detail.
• •Assist with daily food preparation and service in a fast-paced environment.
• •Maintain exceptional food standards and presentation.
• •Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety requirements.
• •Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.

About You

• •Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie experience.
• •Experience within a quality restaurant, hotel, or high-volume dining environment.
• •Strong organisational and communication skills.
• •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• •A proactive attitude with a passion for food and continuous learning.
• •Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
