• Key Responsibilities:
• 1. Manage all technical building systems (MEP, HVAC, fire safety, elevators)
• 2. Lead and supervise technical teams
• 3. Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• 4. Coordinate technical projects and renovations
• 5. Manage vendor and contractor relationships
• 6. Review and report on monthly work activities
• 7. Execute energy-saving programs
• 8. Conduct regular team meetings
• 9. Ensure compliance with safety regulations

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering

Certification: SKA/SKK Building Maintenance Expert - Intermediate Level (SKA/SKK Ahli Perawatan Bangunan Gedung Tingkat Madya)

Experience: Minimum 5 years in building operations

Value Added: Occupational Health, Safety & Environment (K3L) Certificate
