Chief of Staff

This is a high-impact generalist role at the center of a fast-growing, mission-driven organization focused on expanding access to peer-to-peer learning. You will work closely with executive leadership to turn an ambitious long-term vision into concrete strategies, systems, partnerships, and results. The role combines strategic project leadership, external relationship management, and business operations. You will take important 0-to-1 initiatives from early ideas through validation, execution, and measurable traction. You will also help establish the operating rhythms, processes, and partnerships needed to support sustainable growth.
